MONEYLION
MONEYLION
MoneyLion is a fintech company that was once a client… and then became a partner.
After MoneyLion acquired Malka Media, the creative studio where I was employed, a team of creatives (including me) was assembled to help rebrand MoneyLion and make its bespoke app into the world’s first “TikTok of financial literacy.”
I not only helped write MoneyLion’s new slogan and manifesto, and assisted in reshaping the brand’s personality and tone of voice, but also acted as creative director and writer on a variety of different pieces of content and series for the brand, including campaigns created to promote MoneyLion’s sponsorships related to Indy 500 and 23XI racing. Here’s a TVC spot I wrote & creative directed for MoneyLion’s sponsorship of Team Paretta, the first all-female Indy 500 racing team, as well as a podcast I wrote & directed for MoneyLion’s “Women Who Roar” initiative.
Women Who Roar: “For The Girls Who Want To Go Faster”
As the Creative Lead and writer for this TVC, this video is close to my heart.
Featuring a few stanzas from a poem I wrote, “Women Who Roar” tells the story of the first all-female staffed and female-owned Indy 500 racing team (owned by Beth Paretta Autosport, sponsored by our client, MoneyLion Racing) and played on national TV on their first race day as a team.
The Women Who Roar Podcast
This started as an idea of MoneyLion founder’s wife, an incredibly experienced financial professional on Wall Street in her own right, to join in thought leadership conversations and lift up the voices of women in finance.
It turned into a podcast that features rich advice and storytelling by some of the most impressive women in sports marketing, crypto, finance, and more! On the podcast, I created the run of show, directed episode shoots, and directed post-production of all creative assets.
