Nice to meet you, I’m Morgan!
I’m a Creative Director with a background in copy & creative storytelling, & I specialize in video campaigns, though I also have experience in short & long-form series, print, podcasts, social, email, & experience-based advertising.

After graduating from BYU with a degree in English & a minor in Italian, I ran away to teach African & Middle Eastern refugees Italian at a camp in Tuscany. When I came home, still wanting to work in the nonprofit space, I got a job with my local United Way chapter. That job was as a social media marketer & content creator— an opportunity that helped me fall in love with purposeful storytelling, film, & advertising.
I started work as a social media marketer at the Harmon Brothers ad agency, then moving over to start (& eventually run) the copy department at Chamber Media.
After a few years with Chamber, I moved over to an ACD position at MALKA Media, a bicoastal, full-service agency, where I creatively lead 15+ projects at a time (including TVC, branded videos, social content, enterprise content, podcasts, online series, Twitch live events, and virtual conferences), as well as managed the copy team.
Moving into a Creative Director role, I lead creative projects with clients such as Shark, Ninja, L’Oréal, ADP, Norton, LifeLock, FranklinCovey, Morgan Stanley, MoneyLion, WeWork, Amazon, and more.
I have experience overseeing large teams & training, brainstorming concepts, writing creative scripts & ad copy, directing, producing, supervising post-production, creative strategy, branding, and managing accounts. My experience extends to global broadcast spots & OTT, social video, podcasts, print, and more.

I’m an Oklahoma native (but a Utah girl at heart) with a passion for health, fitness, & wellness. (I got the whole alphabet of vitamins in my medicine cabinet.)
I love national parks, A24 films, & cooking Mediterranean food.
I’m fluent in Italian, have seen every episode of “Arrested Development” at least ten times, and love trail running with the love of my life— my dog, Daisy.
